Death in Christ

Passage	New International Version
Matthew 10:38-39	and anyone who does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me. Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.
Romans 6:5-7	If we have been united with him like this in his death, we will certainly also be united with him in his resurrection. For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin--because anyone who has died has been freed from sin.
Romans 7:1	the law has authority over a man only as long as he lives
Romans 7:6	But now, by dying to what once bound us, we have been released from the law so that we serve in a new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code.
Romans 8:10	But if Christ is in you, your body is dead because of sin, yet your spirit is alive because of righteousness.

Philippians 1:21	For me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.
Hebrews 10:14	by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy.
1 John 2:5	This is how we know we are in him: Whoever claims to live in him must walk as Jesus did.
1 John 3:6	No one who lives in him keeps on sinning. No one who continues to sin has either seen him or known him.
1 John 3:24	And this is how we know that he lives in us: We know it by the Spirit he gave us.
